How to Pick The Right Guitar For You.

#1: How To Pick And Buy a Good Guitar.

First of all, you need a price range. I recently bought a guitar and my range was $400.00 - $650.00.
Anyways, if this is your first guitar a good price range would be $100.00 to $300.00. Probably the best beginners guitar would be a Fender Squire Stratocaster or Telecaster. They range from
$75.00 to $450.00 USD. My first guitar was a red Fender Squire Strat. Nowadays Squires usually come with
a whammy bar/ tremelo. Some things to look for in a guitar is the shape, the wood, the pickups and so on.
ALSO, if buying a Gibson or an epiphone MAKE SURE you know if it's a bolt-on neck or not. For example,
    A Epiphone SG Standard is around $400.00 - $625.00 USD. A Epiphone SG Special (Bolt-On Neck) Is From $225.00 - 350.00 USD.
If you're in a $500.00-$1000.00 dollar price range, look for Seymour Duncan or EMG pickups.

Now, if you want, when you're starting out, they have Squires like one my friend has from $275.00 - $400.00 USd if you have a bigger budget.
They cost so much because they usually have a sunburst finish, which costs more. Also, they would have Duncan Designed single-coil pickups. which are
a cheaper version of Seymour Duncan pickups.

I'm going to be talking about some well-known guitar brands here and they're prices.

[ESP Guitars: Anywhere from $150.00 to about $5000.00 USD. Depending, the guitar they have some nice guitars.
If you need a price, check on their website or on google.

Epiphone guitars: Anywhere from $200.00 to around $2000.00 USD. Almost all of these guitar kick ass
and I recommmend them. But trust me, don't go cheapo and get a bolt-on neck.

PRS (Paul Reed Smith.): I don't have much experience with these, but from what I know and have heard they're pretty decent guitar. They are a bit
pricey but I think they range form $300.00 to about $5000.00 USD.

Parker: Well, I recently bought a parker P-42 second hand for $450.00 CAD with a amazing hard case
and I am AMAZED. Most of they're guitars go for over $600.00 and I think mine is worth around $1000.00 USD.
I really recommend these. The nitefly is amazing.

Vintage: These, again I don't know much about. As far as I know, they go for $225.00 to probably $1500.00 USD.
If you buy one, get some info on them. They look good and play okay.

Gibson: Everybody's gotta love a Gibson. If you can afford one, buy one. The awesome thing about Gibsons is
a Gibson Meledoy Make is only around $600.00 to $1200.00 USD. Besides that guitar, they go for about $900.00 to $10,00.00 USD.
One thing about Gibson. Recently, they came with the Darkfire. This guitar is AMAZING I've never tried it but, it tunes itself, has an amazing finish and goes for about $3000.00 to $4500.00.

Not really recommending it to you specifically but it would really help if the guide emphasized more on the actual low-mid-high range as well as what style of music you play. Not all guitars can play particular genres as well as the other, just something to think about. Other then that you have a good start going.

    Just a couple of things,

Firstly, This guide is mainly talking about the prices of thr guitar and is not excatly tell people how to choose the best guitar for them this is really more of what you would do.
Secondly, Pictures always make a guide look better, Good use of colours though.

I would also like to point out that alot of people find it easier to learn on an acoustic guitar, depending on what they are like they may want to use nylon strings wich are alot softer on the fingers and are more for the classical acoustic side of music. You can even get a fairly good semi acoustic for around $200-$300 AUD (roughly $350-$450 USD).

You could also mention the shapes of the guitars e.g. if they are smaller then a thinner guitar would be better or an acoustic the a cut out at the top and bottom.

I would rate this guide 6/10
