I can't, as I've said the money is already withdrawn from my bank. All you have to do is click details for my transaction, then at the bottom it says something along the lines of "Refund Payment".

I'm fairly sure that you can either cancel the eCheck or dispute it. If I send you money you can claim back your first payment so that you have both your own money and the money I sent you.

Look, if the money hadn't left my bank then I can cancel it, but sine it has, I can't. I'll dispute it then, but what happens then? Never disputed anything before. Also, you are not sending me money from YOUR account. A refund is only RETURNING the money that I initially sent you. U cant cancel and e check till it clears ive had this problem with ebay when i shiped the wrong thing to the wrong person..... i told him to fuck it and cancel the payment and he couldent until it clears cuz paypals gay...
