This is total bullshit. you can't sue a company on the grounds of "stealing your time". What you choose to do in your own time is a personal lifestyle choice. and whether or not it's affected by "the game's unexplainable attraction" is bullshit. that would be like some pervert going and raping a little kid and then get out of going to jail by saying something like "It's not my fault! It was a unexplainable attraction". So yeah. That's bullshit.

This is the biggest piece of bullshit I've ever seen.
A representative of a corporation such as Jagex would not taunt their opponent by saying "He needs to get out more".

There is SO MUCH wrong with this, it's not even worth justifying with an argument.

 

I like how the developers of Jagex told the kid to get out more.
