Best Place to Train F2P

Where is the best place to train F2P player.

40 Attack
40+ Strength
20 Defense

Def and Att are where I want them for now but a place to train would be helpful.

I have been doing cows at lumbridge for a while now and it is getting too slow and easy.

I'm lookin for somewhere to use Ruskis fighter so I can more or less customize the function.

well.. if your going for a pure, i wouldnt get def up at all,
and the goblin hut in lumby is better then cows, because of the respawn rate of goblins if higher then cows, like gobs respawn faster then cows
also ive never used ruski's autofighter, does it have a option where it will use food if your HP gets below a certain lvl, if so i would train on goblins
if not chickens or something that wont hurt you
