RS2007

Did anyone play RS2007 when it was released? I remember the hype for this server was absolutely insane and I loved it I actually prefer it to osrs because it gave that old school vibe much better. No grand exchange or anything it was great lol. I miss it.

 

Did it even went live? If I remember correctly I thought Jagex shut it down.

 

I remember that there were different remakes in the works for RSPS. I didn't like the idea though because they would not receive updates. That is why I was not interested in OSRS in 2013, because I thought it would just be the 2007 version that never got updates, but since they made it into an actual alternate version of RuneScape that chose a different path, I became very interested in playing and think it's getting the best content of both pre-EOC and RS3.

 

Started 4 year ago and it's been pretty great ever since. I've actually been a RS player since 2002
