    @One Stop xLPC the ETA isn't renewed because of a worker change. The payment/account can't be held indefinitely and the progress on the account is behind the initial time estimation so please issue a refund to @B1z for whatever was incomplete.

    Sure, I don't agree because that doesn't necessarily make sense, we finished 70% in 10 days. The customer shouldn't be able to break the TOS on demand and this raises a huge concern for all service providers.

    We resolved the initial delay by:

    • Extending apologies (apology was accepted, you can check the messages)
    • Putting the order on priority (fast progress, customer was satisfied, you can check the messages)
    • Offering a 10% discount on the next service
    • Replacing the bond out of our own money
    We did everything in our power to make things right, if he asked for a refund after the initial delay, it would have been completely understandable.

    I will refund, no problem. Given that @B1z lied about the amount of quest points completed on the account (see below) after he abruptly changed the password, I had to do some digging myself to find what was incomplete.

    + 13 Defence from Nature Spirit + 1 Hunter + 1 Runcrafting

    = 753 Skill Total out of 919 total on a completed barrows gloves from scratch account (see below, an account we completed in 12 days)

    Therefore, we completed 82% of the skilling and 59% of the questing (a lot of F2P and fast quests not complete yet). So, I'll be willing to repay 40m for the incomplete services.

    @King @Techie look at the length of the name in the skilling pic and the quest pic. It's obviously two different accounts, also its a completely different character (a bald woman). I will accept 70m refund as the account is barely half way.

    I'm convinced some people on this platform are lacking a brain. I never said that it was your account @B1z, if you actually read it says that it's a picture of a barrows gloves from scratch account that we completed, it's used as a template to determine the percentage of work completed.

    These people are different. Can half of you people read?

    so ur saying 105qp out of 175qp and 5 out of the 14 required skills is halfway? especially when the quest completed were all the "easy" quest.

    Just a walking contradiction....

    First you say that it had 84 quest points, we've now determined it had 105. Then you said that nearly no skilling has been done, now I calculated it and it's 82% done. You said that I said it will take 2 weeks maximum for barrows gloves and now we determined I said around 2 weeks.

    Will wait for a moderator to respond. I'm not going to allow you to scam my worker for the 10 days of hard work that he put on your account.

    obviously you can't read. I said "so you're saying" there is absolutely no way the account was 82% done. All the mods even said so, and you wont accept that answer so you keep prolonging this until you get what you want. @Techie @King it's obvious what he is doing, he is refusing to refund me the appropriate amount. Just give him the TWC and I'll move on because this has been extremely prolonged by them, and it's obvious they are refusing to refund me anywhere near what it fair.

    Approximation - the quality or state of being close or near an approximation.

    Approximately 2 weeks would mean around 2 weeks. Only being Halfway complete at 3 weeks is not even close to meeting the approximated completion date. You are not near or close to being completed!

    The last picture is an example of a completed account (not yours). Since quest pts/skills take varying amount of time, it's not necessarily clear but does seem to be around the 60-70 percentile range of completion. If you guys are unable to reach an agreement then we'll go with the median of 65% completion.
    @One Stop xLPC Please refund 35% of the service cost to @B1z and confirm here when it has been refunded.
