that is not how you do it right.
You'll get like 20 xp an hour that way, not worth it.

The right way, is someone with 4 controllers, quitting out while 3 people stay afk, and 1 person starts the game.

 

I've been doing it for many many years (well, since halo came out xD) and ive never been banned the way i do it.
