Chargebacked Chargeback?

I recently sold an account to bloodandvenom (already banned) and he filed a claim and stole the $60 that he paid for it back.

Days later (after I got him banned) I sent a payment request, just a last ditch effort to try and get my money back.

He filed a claim on the payment request saying that he didn't authorize that payment (there was none yet).

So now I have $0.00 and 1 pending dispute... If I try to respond to it it gives me an error message and if I just ignore it then I will lose ANOTHER $60.00.

In total he will have stolen $120.00 and an account.

I have no idea what to do and I'm really pissed.

Should I just unlink my bank account and make a new PayPal?
