Hiring workers up to $3.3+ per hour.

Hiring 5 workers (ranks) from all around the world.

Do not contact if you cannot speak English/pay deposit/work a minimum of 150 hours per month.​

Rates per hour * with experience non experience users will be on lower pay for about 100 hours until trained.

Base pay:
Bronze rank - 1$/h 200$ deposit
Silver rank - 1.5$/h 300$ deposit
Gold rank - 2.25$/h 300$ deposit + 0.75$/h held until $200 more deposit has been paid (500$) deposit.
Rune rank - 2.5$/h 500$ deposit + 0.75$/h held until $500 more deposit has been paid (1000$)
Dragon rank - 3$/h 1000$ deposit
Dragon+ Rank 3$+/h * deposit/rate negotiated and will be assigned when a user shows exceptional performance and trust.

Bonus pay:
0.1$/h added for 220+ hours worked per month
0.2$/h added for 300+ hours worked per month
0.3$/h added for 375+ hours worked per month

Ranks can be split by up to 3 people but everyone will be held liable in the event of a problem.
They will also not be able to work simultaneously and a shift will be have to be formed between each other.

Sub contractor/Refer a friend/Pay their deposit
If you have friends or family that are interested in working I can pay 0.15$/h to you for managing and maintaining them. *Good English required from you.

E.g
1) Your family member or friend works 100 hours at the 1.5$ tier and earns $150 for themselves, you earn $15.00 for referring and managing them.
2) You have 3 friends who worked a combined 400 hours that month you would earn $60

Experience required
Must have an understanding of oldschool runescape and it's mechanics - although not required can develop the skills required through training.
Must be able to control multiple accounts
Must own a computer/laptop capable of connecting to my servers
Must be able to communicate in English

Hours & Terms
Minimum 150 per month per rank
Maximum 480 per month per rank
Failure to meet the minimum hours per month will result in you being terminated.

Deposit is only kept if user scams or a problem caused by them.
Examples of this are. Dying while skulled, dropping items, trading items to other players, going out of their way to cause an issue, scammed or lured in game.
200$ will be kept if user quits in the first 2 months as will waste time and resources onboarding them/leaking methods.
No talking in game.
Tasks you complete for me are completely private and not to be shared/leaked to anyone.

Payments can be made in whatever payment method you require this can be discussed.

Why you should work for me?

This is not a service provider you will be completing jobs and tasks for only me and I provide unlimited work with no down time on my end, no waiting for new jobs or changing tasks. You will be assigned one task and it will be allocated to you for the time you work with me.

No ban risk - I solo all bans and provide instant back up work. If I fail to provide back up work you will still be paid the minimum working hours for the month and your tier.

AFK - Unlike most skilling in runescape this can be somewhat afk and repetitive work requiring low attention. *It can be busy and your data will be tracked - low performing users will be terminated.

Only hiring 5 ranks currently and will expand in future.

Ranks can be upgraded/earned.

All payment methods can be made regardless of country.

Payments can be made how often you like and can be negotiated however workers who can wait longer for pay-outs will have priority in application as less admin for myself.

You can recruit a friend onto your rank if you are unable to fill the maximum hours and earn 0.15$/h on them.
