    I like how they only allowed high ranking F2P players in. Well, they had to really. The forum quality would have gone even lower then it was.

    I really hope they don't lower the XP requirements too low.

    I think the experience rquirement is a little too high, 10M Exp would have been better. They completely disregarded all f2p skillers with this update.

    Although it is this way now, Jagex wrote rather clearly that the cap would most likely be lowered. That would imply that we will be getting more reductions in the minimum cap allowed.

    That is one 99 stat, if you don't have that, its not a real f2p skiller, it is one of those junk ones people create daily.

    How much is too much for the f2p'rs?

    #1, Dual Arena. - The f2p needed a safe place to have some pvp.
    #2, Party Room. - Yes, you became members for the party room.
    #3, Forums - No one uses these in the first place.
