Abusing their power? She was driving with a suspended license, broken taillight and windshield, was told 3 times by the cop that he would tase her if she didn't get out of the car, still defied him, and took a swing at him. I think that cop was pretty patient.

 

That's her own fault. She could of just gotten out of the car and then she wouldn't have been tased.

 

Dude... if i was the cop and she was acting up like that. I would of kept on tasing her nonstop.

A police officer cannot let someone with an expired license drive.

It doesn't really matter if he was abusing his power. At the very least, she got a fair warning. If she thought she was being abused by the cop, then she should of cooperated and reported him at a later time. I mean, how many ways can a person possibly interpret "GET OUT OF THE CAR OR I'M GOING TO TASE YOU"?

I'd have to say the cop has his rights. I mean she had suspended license for while, wasn't wearing seatbelt, and was being a total bitch to the cop she deserves it if you act like that to them.
