    Molto sent $125 for me to jason for a design of a website.

    5 days no reply.

    My second report on Jason, one for a bad design, plus being extremely late on delivery, now once again almost a week without even a message.

    I honestly think Jason needs a twc and should not be allowed to take payments upfront, he should be made to use a middleman hold the payment until his work is complete, and if he doesnt deliver in a reasonable time he should get nothing.

    You literally didn't respond to anything in 5 days, you havent shown anything so far, do you see why we may be concerned that nothing is actually getting done? 0 messages at all, after the payment was sent.

    What happens if you complete your design and we dont like it? If you wait until the last minute then there will be no time for revision.

    @Andy Yes I got a refund, 50% has been sent so far, this can be closed. Either way the service was still terrible, no response in over a week from the time we paid.

    @RS Crown thank you for confirming.

    @Jason because this was still within the quoted timeframe no TWC will be applied here. However, you should still communicate better with your customers if you are going to be busy during an order period.
