Cannot instal SRL error

    Cannot instal SRL error
    i have subversion installed and when i go on scar 3.15 i go on tools,options
    srl downloads and subversion repository is ticked and i press checkout and i get this error

    Couldnt move the plugins from SRL folder to the plugins folder
    pls help :(

    What OS is it? XP? Vista? 95?
