I was sending money to someone and I claimed a dispute and picked the choice inolving an item.. then I went to the Resolution Centre and clicked view on it, then Clocked cancel dispute and ended up on the confirmation page with the optional writing section, and then clicked cancel dispute...when I did.. I got a yellow box saying
"That action is not valid. Please try again."

Is there anything that I can do?
And yes, I am certain I did everything right, since I know someone it just going to post a link to a guide.

 

I'm almost certain that you did a "no authorization claim" which is not reverse able, you should get the money back... after a while, you are suppose to do a item dispute when you claim/cancel.

 

I am almost certain that I picked item dispute, Under transactions it says "Non-receipt dispute"
This was my first paypal transaction ever so I know myself that I tried to make sure I did the right thing
