At least ONE, decent money-making skill. (i.e. WC, Fishing, or 85 mining)
Firecape is great, definitely increases chances.

i know im a leecher so i will possibly go first and i know u said 99 range is a must, but this is a level 83 with firecape and it turns heads, also, if your intereted and know a way of RWT we can put some of your cash onto it, so your getting a equal deal. let me know, always welcome to use a middleman as well
