I've recently come back to runescape and attempted to get back on sythe but realized I couldn't remember my password to my account. I also don't have access to the email associated to the account due it to being locked.

I've lived in the same city my entire life so verifying myself should not be a problem.

Can you provide the email registered to the account? Seems like not much information is available to verify your identity. Perhaps you can go through old threads to see if you can find any information to help. i.e if you've posted your real name somewhere before, you can post a picture of your ID.
