I'm looking to buy a Steam account created on 12-Sep-2003, no special requirements regarding digits and the seller should have a physical game box with a cd-key in case Valve requires proof of ownership.

After unsuccessful eBay searching & getting screwed over after buying one without the original cd-key I stumbled upon this site, hope my luck's better this time.

Only a few people selling with a HL1 key, one is @veb2 - was a 7 digit IIRC. There are a few on a site called OGUsers aswell under csgo sales.
