    Hello i need a rs acc because i have only a level 3 i was gunna buy a lvl 90+ for 275$but because i'm a leecher and i wont go first so they think i'm a scammer(which is fucked up) if you can give me one that would be nice thank you!

    I have a level 99(+5) that I'm willing to sell for a fair price (will go first) because I got scammed a while back and lost a lot of money before getting it back. So it only has about 300-500k left on it. Some decent skills though (total 1500+).
