Can you live without meat?

I was shocked to see that only 9 people could live without it. This reminds me of when a kid said we couldnt live without electricity...

 

I could live without meat for a year but I have no idea what I'd eat but I don't care much because my girlfriend would take care of that since she's vegetarian.

 

it is true though, meat has become a necessity. Same with electricity.

well its true tho we depend on electricity on a daily basis. lights? cooking food? building a house?.

seriously most people depend on it now keeping in contact with people. watching the news if all electricity sieced most of the world would go into chaos >.<

 

no, i would be a victim of no protein unless i eat masses of fatty milk and butter

i want to be buff not a fatass or some skinny guy

 

i could not eat meat im almost even a vegetarian but once maybe twice a month I'll eat some chicken

 

I can go without meat for a year if you pay me enough.
I can go without meat for a month if there is good reason.
I can go without meat for a week on a dare.
I can go without meat for a day if nobody cooks it for me.

I can go without meat, but what are the circumstances? I could, but why would I want to?

its a natural thing in our lives and its delicious.

Gotta love meat although my brother is vegetarian and when I go round his I have vegetarian(indian) meals like currys and such. Soya isn't bad if your not lazy and have it with some tinned tomatoes/baked beans stuff like that.

As for protein there are many differen't ways to get that so thats not a issue.

 

Without meat for a whole year? I don't think so. Not that I'm a huge meat eater, but meat has everything in it that's good for you. What should I else eat? Vegetables and vitamin pills?

 

Lol, well technically YOU CAN live without meat, and I'm sure I could live without it.

However, I wouldn't be able to live without my meat, I love meat. Meat is one of my daily things, I will have eggs for breakfast, whenever I order pizza it has meat, almost all my moms home cooked dinners have meat. I could not pass up this wonderful meat. I love meat.

No matter what you say I'm not going to give up eating meat.

 

I honestly don't think there is a day in my life(while I am at my house) that I haven't had some kind of meat. Never would I go a year without meat, under any circumstances. Except maybe if someone would pay me enough that I could retire at 25. Then I might consider.

 

I eat meat every meal, except breakfast. I can't
stand eating just veggies or "fake" meat.
