also which do u think is the strongest u can buy at a drug store(cvs, walgreens) without a prescription/insurance?

 

Roacutane i think its called, level 5 drug, works the best..
subscription required, very affective.
you go on a course from 4 - 6 months, over this period u take two tablets
one morning one evening.

Stronger isn't necessarily better. If you dry ur face out that'll make the acne worse. This would be a standard treatment:
use a gentle face wash, dry face
use 2.5% (higher isn't better) benzyl peroxide spot treatment
use a moisturizer

 

Never would i think...

To be honest, the best thing for acne is water.. I swear, bottles of water a day, eliminating sugar, wash your face daily, works better then any acne solutions.
