OSRS07 Help

Just need advice on what i should be doing here as im lost in this situation, recently, i've been hacked into numerous times, i've changed password 4 times, they've literally logged on my account each time i change it, i've even enabled 2 step, they still get through it, as 2 step requires my phone, i honestly don't know what i should be doing atm, i've disabled and reenabled 2 step, still nothing, only thing stopping them is my bank pin, other than that, its been getting my password everytime i change it,

suggestions?

I see no other way than enabling 2step verification to both your email and rs acc. Would be great if Jagex help you change login email or something but unofortunately they have such a bad support. Is the password being changed when they get into your account?

 

You have to make sure to setup 2 step on your email then again go and reset/change everything else

 

ensure they do not have access to your emails, if it is a purchased account then you need to review whether you want to use that account anymore as progress and everything could limit you, on-top of that ensure your PC is clear of all viruses and malware .. there are plenty of free trials available to short term remove any malicious tools.

Check everything then finally secure the account again with a new email and 2fa.. very important for everything.. ensure you have a bank pin and each time you log off ensure all valuables are banked.

this game especially brings our the worst in people.. so prepare for all eventualities.

 

OP, my question is important. Is the password being changed when they access the account?
If so, I assume you aren't the creator and you should consider ditching the account. If the password isn't changing, check for linked social accounts (FB, etc.). They could be logging in that way as well.

Sounds to me the account is linked elsewhere. Sadly I'd maybe recommend looking at dumping accs wealth onto an alt etc. Let them get what they want and find out the acc has 0 wealth. Let the account rest for a bit. Etc.

 

I've bought the account off a reputable seller here on sythe, the password doesn't change, though im just curious how they bypass the 2step

Well that explains everything...Should've reached out to the seller instantly as stated above. I would do that asap. Just be very cautious with your account, and trade your wealth over to an alt.
