Simple suggestion to get rid of scammers

I bet there are lots of scammers who are making lots of multiple accounts into this community. So my suggestion - there should be a daily registration limit. Like max 5 users per day (just an example). That will definitely help to get rid of those scammers who are using multiple proxys to make lots of accounts for scamming.

Also what Sythe.org Staff thinks about proxy users block?

Unfortunately, I don't think the first suggestion would help at all. A determined ban evader would simply be sure to be one of the first 5. It would further discourage far too many legitimate traders.

 

But what about that? - Special post count to get into those Black market trading forums. Before letting the user into those forums, Staff will carefully read his posts.

Or maybe even better idea:

Invite-system. And if someone will get banned, then the inviter will also get banned. It would definitely be a great system. There are lots of P2P (peer-to-peer) sites that are using this kind of method.

 

That wouldn't be a very good idea because say your friend scammed then you would be banned as well?

 

Then people wont invite *untrusted* people. That's the point.

 

You could limit 3 accounts per household.

3 because some people (like myself) have brothers and sisters who also use sythe.org on their own accounts.

 

I hate always been for a premium black market for gurus plus. It would be an extra incentive to become a guru, and deals would be much safer.

 

this would be good you could like let that ip register 3 accounts and if something happens and you need to make another one you talk to staff and they watch over you or something like that

 

how are you supposed to get trusted if you can't use the market...

 

that doesnt make too much sense, you couldnt properly uses the market if you;re untrusted but, but you couldnt be trusted if you didnt use the market

 

You will never be able to rid scammers forever. Scammers are very determined. The only thing you can do is reduce the amount, but honestly it's not worth the time or trouble.
