hunter drag implings

Can a level 3 catch these?

Yes you could, but in order to catch them you would need to go to locations all over runescape, and I'm sure aggressive monsters would KO you

 

tbh, id get higher combat so agressive monsters don't mess with you

99 hunter and i have hunted dragon imps before

 

You need 83 hunter, or 80 hunter + a hunter pot to catch them. Nothing else is required. If you want more chances of catching one, hunt with friends or ask people to scout for you.

 

however it would be more efficient had he done lost city for easier catches, i caught 5 in 2 hours there and it is possible for level 3's to do lost city

 

I doubt a lvl 3 can do lost city, even if you did, you would level up a combat stat.

Check the monsters section on RS forums, theres a section for imp spottings.

 

nope u get a friend tstand with a recoil then the lvl 3 takes last few hp off resulting in them getting the kill and no combat levels then all they have to do is cut the tree, dw ive helped many lvl 3's with lost city and also done myself, + u can see them in zanaris sometimes =]
