Help! How do I sync LG shine cu720?

I got a LG Vu cu920 instead. Much easier to use.

 

You need LG Desktop, which is a software specific program that will identify your phone so you can sync.

Update:

I receive this message when trying to sync LG desktop to my phone. Also, my phone says "Insufficient memory" when it fails to sync to this program. I have a 4gb memory card so it shouldn'tbe giving me this error...
