Explanation of the trade: a payment was made for rank as well as rank upgrades totaling 31b rs3 the following is the proof that i had paid for a rank upgrade to 3b max which at the time was not offered imgur.com the people in the trade are: Coin (Coin) who was an owner with 5wap at the time as well as Daily which was an admin that was under 5wap and coin
How they scammed: i was banned from the server for 'scamming' while i was taking a break due to real life troubles, imgur.com here is the admin who banned me at the time (has resigned to being a GM currently) the 'scam' that had apparently happened was me scamming a host on the same server by the name of metod: the scam amount was $50 (this is funny because a host who took a break apparently scammed another host for $50 when the rank that i had paid for was worth well over $3,000 and i had no issues with loaning and repayments ever on the server) i found out that the reason i was banned was because i had scammed $50 off metod this turned out to be true that i had forgotten to pay metod back $50 as i took a break at the end of year and did pay metod $50 before i took a break and thought that i had completely paid my debt to him later on i was intending to pay metod back and get the issue resolved quickly so i could get my rank back but i was told there were issues and to hold off on paying the guy back so i did. imgur.com later on i was told by 5wap to pay metod back to resolve the issue which i did imgur.com so this should have solved all issues and it would have been labeled as a 'misunderstanding' since that's all it was instead i was left questioning and trying to fix this for the past month extensively trying to work with the managers involved including: kareena, dj, 5wap and thebossjoe at the time as he was part of admin/managers. After fixing all the issues and getting 'unbanned' from the sever i requested that my rank to be given back to me as there was no issues with me at all as i was also an admin before taking a break so i had trust within the discord instead i was asked to pay yet another 'fee' in order to come back imgur.com on top of my already 31b paid for rank i had to pay an extra 6b rs3 in order to get my original rank back i refused as this wasn't part of the rules when i had first joined elite ranks, and no rule had been added in which was stated that you can't take a break from being a host at the time i had my rank, the reason i know this is because i was the person who wrote most of the rules and all the rules that were added were also based on the old rules that were part of the server. A new rule was added while i was banned and not a host indicating that if you are inactive you have to pay a fee in order to get your rank back but this rule should not apply to me as i was banned from the server at the time under the speculation that i scam quit where i had just taken a break for personal reasons imgur.com this is the new rule that was added recently this year during the period that i was banned

anyways so i ended up getting unbanned in Elite ranks discord and could basically free talk in there now as i was basically getting banned on the spot every time that i joined including some alts 5wap agreed that everything was fine and he was happy to give me my host rank back so i could get to hosting imgur.com ended up waiting a whole day to find out that i would be given bronze rank imgur.com which with the current max it is 400m rs3 max which is far below what my rank was for a period of time i had 5b max (this was due to being an admin) i didn't want that all i wanted was to get the rank that i had paid for back which was a 3b max i have been in the server for 2 weeks now as 'bronze' rank and i have tried hosting in order to purchase accounts in order to help the server but this isn't possible as i have a high 'fee' to pay for accepting bets over my maximum (100m 07) yet i still took bets close to 500-700m (so the commission on a 500m bet win would be 50m 07 excluding arena tax. 50% of the 50m would be taken as a fee to the server since that is the fee that we have to pay for being over our maximum bet allowance, the rest of the commission that was left was split up between giveaways, account rental, and solo bets in order to help the bettors see the streak etc) leaving me with basically nothing at the end of the day this continued for the past 2 weeks and have not seen any 'profit' as if i had been given my original rank back. continued talking with 5wap as he is the main owner of the server led me to nowhere imgur.com even today as i was asking for my rank back i got given a :what can you do? referring to what can i bring to the server i'm sorry but i dont see how that is an issue for me to deal with? i simply wanted my rank back that i had PAID for it's not like i was asking for me to become and admin or moderator i simply wanted to be a HOST with the rank that i PAID for

Conclusion: well now that i have basically posted this entire thing i will most likely be removed from being a host in Elite ranks and even if i was offered my original rank back now i do not want it as i have attempted to resolve this peacefully and with good intentions but now that i have taken this to a 3rd party i do not feel comfortable in being a given back my rank back because of this so instead i would like to receive compensation for my rank that i had paid for i do not expect the full 31b to be paid back to me but 50% of the rank commission seems reasonable as i have taken a month trying to work peacefully with 5wap and the managers in order to resolve everything to an outcome which i find unreasonable. furthermore if anymore chat logs etc are required happy to provide (as i have saved all the chatlogs with the people involved just incase any chatlogs are removed )in more detail i just felt this should be enough of an essay to go through already

 

Gave you your rank back for free and all I wanted was some time to gradually increase your max. I'm just fully taking away your rank now if this is what you want to do. Giving you back even a 100m max and saying you can get back to where you were was a gesture that I did not have to do at all. I have no obligation at all to give back a rank to someone that has been gone for a long time, or anyone that lost a rank.

I did not need to give you any chance, not sure why I bothered now.

 

thats a joke i guess giving me my rank back for free? i was banned from the server for a dumb conclusion over a scam that involved a host i asked constantly what i had to do in order to get my rank back from all managers i even have proof where none of you replied for days rather than hours i tried being reasonable and in the entire chat log that i have talked to you, you never once said that you would increase my max or the timeframe who knows it could take a year to get my max back i asked for all this and you didn't provide so let's see what happens

Bear in mind Seiryu was gone for almost a year. No discord or fc allows people to leave for that long and just get their rank back. I do not have an obligation to give him any rank, but I did, for free and told him to help out to get a higher max. The issue is, he was gone for almost a year, he claims he tried to contact me in that time, but couldnt even though he can add me at any time. He was banned from the discord because he had debts, because of that he claimed any time he tried to join again he was insta banned. I have no idea if thats true, I did not do that personally, even if that is true, hes always been in my friends list, or if he wasnt its not hard to add me.

Things like discords and fcs of this type, if you're gone for that long you lose your rank, thats how its always been. Like I said, I wanted him to help out and I would upgrade him as time went on. This is because I have had people come back in the past with their old max and scamquit for as much as possible. You could say thats paid for by the person paying for a rank, but I dont believe I was even around when that rank was paid for, the previous owner coin was.

These are our current rules in regards to freezing, or being frozen:

30. If you are frozen for 2 months or more you must pay your max pot to come back, for example if you are at a 1b max, you need to pay 2b to be unfrozen.

32. You are allowed to freeze whenever you want, 2-3 days should be given in advance if possible. We have our own circumstances, but try to give us a rough date you’ll be back by, or the length of your freeze period.

34. If you do not host for over 30 days you will be frozen.

I do not know if they were written before or after Seiryu had his rank taken away for having debt, debt he had for months.

Also @Pirate More money out of him? He got a lower max back for nothing at all, so I'm not sure what you mean by that.

 

well what i originally wanted was to get back to the discord properly with no issues and work on restoring it again but it took me 3 months to find out the 'reason' behind my 'removal' from the discord and it turned out to be a $50 debt which don't get me wrong i fully accept the fact that i didn't pay someone i just took some time to solve my personal problems for the new year and i did pay half at the request of metod on the 31st and paid back the rest when i confirmed it was okay to do so by the managers of the server, even then i don't understand why someone who could take bets of 1b+ 07 would get banned for a $50 debt? if i really wanted to scam i would take that big bet win it and leave with 2b easy and at the current prices its $900 easy even when i did get the 100m max i did get permission to take 'over max' from 1 person because he did trust me and 5wap confirmed it was ok for me to do so and yet again i was taking 750m bets where i could have scammed but i didn't because i invested so much time and money into the server that scamming wasn't even worth it that's why i'm doing this now because it just seems unfair.
in terms of what i want back i wouldve wanted my original rank back and then i would have been happy to invest in the fc more but considering the way the chats have been going i don't want a rank anymore as it would just make me question everything hence why i asked for a partial refund of my rank since i don't expect someone to refund the whole amount if i left willingly there wouldn't have been an issue as there is a rule there where the payments for ranks aren't refundable but at the same time i was banned for reasons that baffle me which is why i asked for a 50% of my deposit that i paid when i paid for my rank

current rules for freezing etc were written in april i was told that i was banned 6+ months ago in september so if that was true i would have been banned around march and in terms of been gone for a year i kind of gave up because i kept getting banned hence why when i noticed kareena online i messaged her since i had her on my friends list, and alot of people noticed i was active in kos because i was constantly banned in ER so i was around if someone wanted to contact me even the boss joe knew that i was seiryu from er and contacted me on my kos alt so yet again it dosen't make sense why it wouldn't have been an issue to contact me on my alt through someone else's alt and i wasn't gone for almost a year i was basically banned for almost a year ive been active in kos for more than a few months now the only reason i started trying again is because the fcs got shut down and i wasn't banned yet so i tried contacting people again, and lets go back to the rules while we're at it if you as an experienced fc runner why wouldnt the rules of freezing etc be implemented while i was around for the past 1-2 years i didn't know about them until they were implemented this year in april if there was a rule like that i wouldn't have been gone for as long or took my time trying to fix the issue like i am currently. And just to make it clear: the only reason i was 'removed' from being admin was because i was taking a bit of time off and focusing on myself everyone knew this and when i was coming back properly i would have gotten my admin rank back (was given GM for the time until i came back) which still dosen't reason for me scamming since if i did want to scam i could have scammed as a GM and even then i wasn't notified of how long i could take a break for as well as consequences or if i came back in the future i would have to pay in order to get my ranks back so i worked on my self and when i was fine i came back to find out that i was banned and started dealing with everything

 

apart from the rules that were in place there was no real terms the rules were basically the terms that we had to agree to and follow while we are active in the fc

Hey, @Pirate I'm fine with that, that was my original offer. My old discord was banned I made a new one 5WAP#2110 he will have to add me if he wants to come back.

 

@Pirate the issue has been solved for the most part now thread can be closed and both me and rs crown will try to communicate better since the issue originated from lack of communication
