I got this picture while I was watching a movie online... What fucking dumbass would fall for this? Honestly, why would someone put something like that as a website download...

These websites often install malware while doing "scans" like this one, so I highly suggest that you scan with something such as Malwarebytes.

Yeah, I get that commonly as an anonib or Zshare pop-up. I lol'd too when I saw it.

 

Actually hundreds (if not thousands) of people fall for this yearly. Mainly its the elderly and very computer un-saavy that fall for it. It's indeed a well technique.
