Explanation of the trade: I paid @Dr1p 931.5M (131.5M) of it was for the transfer fees of the name, the name got sniped during transferring. During a failed transfer to everyone's knowledge that deals with names the full amount gets refunded. Even in the TOS on his discord server which is linked below, it shows that he takes full responsibility of snipes. He stated in the last discord message that "it's the first time he's been sniped" so he's obviously a little confused himself. You don't get paid a transfer fee for failing to transfer a said name. Take ownership of the FULL responsibility of the snipes, as shown in TOS.

How they scammed: He just keeps swaying back to "you agreed to my TOS." Yes I did agree, I agreed to both parties being refunded the full amount, and him taking responsibility of his actions and snipes.

Nowhere at all does it indicate what happens with the fee at all. The fee is upon completing the duty and service of the transfer. Which was not completed, name was sniped. You don't and shouldn't get paid for something you failed to complete.

My side of the story is already laid out here, both parties agreed to TOS:

Which they both were. I even sold a name to Cole after this that I had listed at 1.5b for 450m for extra compensation

 

Nowhere does it explain the fee during TOS, obviously you don't keep the fee on a failed transfer? That just doesn't make sense at all, why get paid for something you failed to complete.

 

Will wait for a mod to answer this, not gonna sit here and argue.

I agree with waiting for a mod, but your TOS should state then in at the very least "fine print" that the fee upon a failed transfer is a non refundable part of the agreement if it's going to be non-refundable. No other name sellers/transferrers keep the fee upon a sniped name, because they failed to transfer the name, it's just ridiculous.

 

Each TOS you have is different from another, leading people to think nothing but you holding full snipe responsibility. But then again, maybe that's the goal... if you put that you will hold the fee even upon a sniped name transfer, then you lose the service almost completely... who would do it at that risk when Alex and Assassin hold entirely the full responsibility of the transfer including the fee.
