Can I know the name of the account, and how is it famous? Also, what's the shield?

 

Im not willing to let the account name being known by everyone, its a famous pker known by many rs players/pkers.
The shield is an Elysian Spirit shield with a street price of over 1.5B, if you do not believe look it up on rs forums.

The Elysian spirit shield was released on 15 September 2008 along with Summer's End. It requires 75 Defence and 75 Prayer to wield. The shield is made by attaching an Elysian sigil to a Blessed spirit shield. To do this, players need 90 Prayer and 85 Smithing. Alternatively, you can ask Brother Bordiss to attach it for 1,500,000 after completing Perils of Ice Mountain.

The Knowledge Base states that the Elysian Spirit Shield has a special bonus: "70% chance of reducing the damage you receive by 25%". Without consideration of the special effect, the shield is almost as powerful as the Dragonfire Shield in defence, but having 16 more points (principally from Summoning defence), the Elysian shield significantly surpasses Dragonfire Shield but lacks strength bonus offered by the Dragonfire Shield

In another aspect, the shield far outclasses the Dragonfire shield. The shield's special bonus makes this shield possibly the strongest shield in RuneScape 70% of the time. Aside from the Divine spirit shield, which reduces damage by 30% all the time (assuming you have enough prayer), no other shield in RuneScape can reduce inflicted damage from non-specific attacks.

Wealthy players may find this shield useful for surviving Dragon dagger and Dark bow specials, and this is the best shield in the game for fighting bosses like Kree'arra. Currently, the shield is extremely rare and significantly more expensive than a Dragonfire shield. The shield is the third most expensive item in the grand exchange (following the blue party hat and the Christmas Cracker), and the grand exchange's most expensive non-discontinued item. The current street price for this shield is in the range of one billion or more coins, however, it is much more common to see large amounts of Third age armour traded for it instead. At the beginning of the release of the minigame Soul wars it was rumored that it was possible to obtain one of these shields while you were gambling the zeal points. The main reason that this rumor was believed is because a player posted a prank image of a player obtaining the shield. This rumor was proven wrong by Mod Rathe on the Runescape forums on February 11, 2009.

He would not wait 2 years to scam. Your post is moronic, not all leechers are scammers. Ive done a few trades with leechers that had a very close join date and theyre usually very nice. Murk you arent especially trusted on this site yet even, not saying I am but dont got accusing ppl without proof. I am getting sick of people doing that, and its an infraction im pretty sure.
