Banned for Impossible Reasons

Ok, "Xowner" posted that I scammed him. I created a massive post of how I didn't scam him and how I couldn't have. The posts are now gone, and I can't find them anywhere.
Please recover my post, and reveiw it, it explains everything.
My account shop is my only source of money, and i am currently saving up for a car. He cannot blame me for taking his account if I only got the same information that he has on the account, the password was returned to his after the trade was canceled.

I will discuss this situation over msn due to it being majorly incorrect.
All I did was do what I was told during the MiddleMan. I even offered "Xowner" help to try and get his account back from him, instead I get left to blame for taking it even though I did Not.

The great thing about Sythe noobs is that they don't come here knowing how to scam and recover an account. I explained it to him, and he enlisted Scott's help to get it back.

Anyway, there was more that built up to this. I'll be on my public MSN later if I'm not swamped with work.

As shown in the pictures, I was simply MMing there trade from them, and once his account gets hacked I get the blame for it because i was sent the info. Even though the info was denied what I was verifying the account. I ONLY RECEIVED THE SAME INFORMATION THAT Xowner had therefore when he couldn't recover it with that same info, why would he think I would have been able to with the same info he had? I returned the password to him after the trade was canceled. And as anyone would do, he would have changed it.
Later Scott told me he found some additional information on the account and he was able to recover it back for pat.(Scott is the person who originally bought the account from R2pleasent and later sold it to Pat(XOwner)

I honestly don't see how I was even banned for this in the first place. It was obvious that I was not able to take his account if he himself could not. I also asked Scott to check the last logged in IP when he logged in but he had already recovered the account before he was able to know to check.

Also I find it very strange that the proof of this was deleted, this included the scam report he had against me and my proof against his scam.

Most proof is chat logs because I do not expect this kind of thing to happen. they are chat logs against a scam not for one.
