Selling Lv 90 Cheap. [Paypal or MS Points]

I am no longer playing runescape and I want to sell my account, so here it is.
It is prefered if you pay in Microsoft Points, but paypal will work as well. (MS points will require you to go first, w/paypal, I will go first.
It has a lil over 3m worth on it.
