35 combat, 99 strength

Hey Im just wondering what you guys would pay for an account that has all combat stats one except for strength which is 99 at 35 combat, because I have an account well on its way to this goal and may gett 99 and sell

 

it would be worth alot atleast 30-40m

 

if 10 hp 99 str , rest 1 , decent name, ill pay 200$
