Scammers?

If your scammed rsgp what can be done? Legal action? Or is it just you get the other person banned?

 

Other person banned. Last time I check you can't physically hold RSGP.

 

I thought as much.

 

You cant do anything since trading rsgp in real life is against the rules, so illegal.
However, with cash you can, some guys sig says that he got scammed $400, filed a lawsuit, got the money back, the 16 year olds parents were informed and he was threatened with prison/juvenille det centre etc.

 

but what if they are just doing something on your account like a fire cape adn they take everything?

 

A court in Holland has putted someone in jail for stealing Rsgp (Online goods)...So legal actions can be taken, you wil get your right.

 

Honestly do not waste your time, unless the dropped like 100Mil of items. Cut your losses, we have all been scammed. However with todays court system if your that analrentive sue them.

 

Either way, you're not gunna get your money back.

But i'll prolly go for getting the other guy banned.
