Called "real lives", you are placed in a random country with random parents/siblings, things happen to you on a statistically probable basis, i'm assuming.

Some lives are uber shitty, once I died at age 2 of measles in a poverty stricken country.

Once both my parents died when i was 10 and i was at 12 percent health and couldn't get work, so I fled illegaly to indonesia where i died at the age of 84 from natural causes after a long career as a police captain living alone with 2 cars

lots of variety in gameplay but as the statistics go you will play a number of indian/chinese/asian/african play before you get a character born in a 1st world country

my best playthrough i was a gifted egyptian kid who became a doctor and moved to riverside california and died with millz
