How can i report if someone recorvered acc that i bougth

So simply i have been scammed twice by this way , so i wanna know how can i report it?

well to behonest you can report it on runescape,and on sythe.

 

hm should i put there "Track your appeal " screen from Runescape.com?

 

There are always risk of being recovered, unless you have proof that the person you traded with recovered it, there is no way to punish them.

 

unless the guy tells you he recovered it theres really no way to prove as maybe u just got keylogged or changed the pass yourself and took a pic of u not being able to log in.
