Need tips on how to start a runescape gp business

I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask about this, I apologize if I am wrong.

I'm looking to start within a month a runescape gold business on the side and I would like some advice about it, right now I don't know much so really any advice is welcome. Looking to start small with just crypto accepted and most likely later make a website and add other certain payment methods. How do these websites accept paypal btw, is that not risky? or do they always require id or does it go to a third party first? I am from the netherlands fyi.

I was also wondering, how do taxes work when it comes down to this when I would go legit with a website, lets say I would purchase 1b 07 for 410 usd and then sell 1b for 470 usd, this is 60 dollars profit. But there is no vat on the 1b that I purchased so I cannot claim it back, however I need to put a vat on the 1b that I sold which is 21% in my country so that comes down to 98.7 usd , how am I then making any profit when my profit margin is only 60 usd on this but I lose that much on sales tax, I have never completely understood how gold selling websites work around this?

Should you use vpn for your gold sales/purchases or is a direct trade with customer to customer a better thing? What are some tips on not getting scammed because I could not afford that right now, I know the competition is big but if I could make at least 500-1000 usd a month with this in the beginning then I would be grateful.

From what I've seen, this is highly unprofitable unless you're one of the websites that can move bulk. The majority of casual buyers don't use crypto currencies which largely restricts your pool of buyers.

Charge backs are huge and ultimately getting an ID does very little to protect you because PayPal is inconsistent with rulings.

Plus one real world trading ban and you're fucked.

Taxes aren't required in digital goods in most countries. An amount of $1,000 - 1,500 a month is also unlikely to be reported, but if so you would just pay tax on your profit.

Getting charged back is always a possibility on Paypal so I recommend having options like Zelle and of course being able to accept Cryptocurrency is best. You can give people a discount on Cryptocurrency so that they have incentive to use it. For large amounts of gold you should have a few mules and probably some VPN and residential proxies.
