[TUT]How to: Link a Site to an Image[TUT]

Ok so say you make a banner for your thread and you want it to direct to your thread when clicked. Sounds easy enough.

First, make a banner like mine and save as a PNG.
PNG is much higher quality than BMP,JPG, or JPEG



Ok, so you have the picture, now what?

Well you head over to Photobucket, Imageshack, or TinyPic

I reccomend PhotoBucket

http://tinypic.com

Now, after uploading the picture you want to get the IMG code



Ok, so you have your Picture, now we make the signature.

Type this and your all set.

Very simple. Just a little tinkering and you'll figure it out. (Btw, I think this goes in user education) But dont hold me too it. (former UE just stating opinion)

Good guide overall tho.

 

i just thought id post a simple guide because i used to get all mixed up in where to put the code lol and i thought some people mightve had the problem like i did
