I will be basing the cost on zybez' opinion of quest length and difficulty.
So, $.25 per "dot" on zybez' quest database.
An example:

please post CONSTRUCTIVE criticism such as, "you should base your pricing on (blahblah)"

Good for them, but I don't care 'bout trust, I'm not going to work my ass off for nothing but a vouch. I want at least SOMETHING to show for it.
