There is all the info I have. I don't know if he is scamming or not, but this person was concerned enough to contact me, so here is a report on their behalf.

 

Yeah that's definitely a scam if he's forcing you to use IE, and telling you to click enter (step-by-step scam). Great find, he's banned.
