Anyone like running?

I have run 2.7 Mile a few times, just around town, personally its nice if im running with another person and have some music

 

Lol same here, but i still manage to run a couple of km a day.

 

I run atleast 10 miles a week in the summer, and I try to walk around 25 more

 

i run about 4-8 miles daily but i do like 20 miles on weekends.... i'm geting ready for the marines...... need some better conditioning and more strength only about a year and a half left till i enlist.....

 

anyone run the 800m? i really want to compare times.
mine is 2:27.

 

I do distance in track and cross country. Im not the best, but I still get out there and do it.

Edit. I run the 800 in about 2:30. It's my favorite runs.

haha i play baseball thats my workout. im not some fatty that sits on the computer all day dont worry.

 

I used to free-run, but I quit when I wasn't progressing that much I stayed "average"

 

mine too. my goal is to run 2:20 by the end of the season.

I like running a bit, but sprinting is really fun, as im good at it. Back in the ages where I ran runescape bots, I would set a bot up, and run for as long as possible. (When i didnt, I constantly found myself sitting at the computer watching the bot, completely different from the purpose of them xD ).
