Buying the Runescape name: "Billy".

Hey, I created this account many years ago. A few years ago the pass changed and I didn't know what was going on. Getting into the darker side of Runescape I realized my pass was extremely easy-to-guess and the account was most likely cracked. I have tried recovering the account, but even with creation date, first password, and IP address; I think the account will just get locked.

If someone has seen this account anywhere being sold on any blackmarket websites. I will pay high for it, in w/e payment. I also will pay whoever finds the legit seller of the account because I have already found a few fakers with pics through websites selling it. That means it has to atleast be out there though because SOMEONE took the pics.

there was another person who wanted to sell ''billy'' here on sythe.
he placed are screenie also.
its true he has 9 hp.
