Alright so basically I'm trying to get an idea of how much GP I'd need to basically get back into playing the game. I had a HCIM 2 years ago, died to DC at DS2, then de ironed my 2175 total iron in December of 2019. (Infernal, Tbow ToB/CoX completed etc) But now I have an itch to play again but after investing well over 5,000 hours I can't be bothered with the early grinds. So I'd want someone to basically grind my account from 2 steps off Tutorial Island to where I want in an insanely specific order. The skills I need done will be posted below. DM or post a price check. Please do not ask me to join your discord and fill out a form because frankly I can't do that for everyone who may or may not want the job. My ToS will be below and if even one of them can't be agreed upon you'll automatically be disqualified and there is zero negotiation.

Skills -

50 - 99 Firemaking (Via WT immediately upon starting the service, and you are to not leave till it's done)
70 - 91 Fishing (ALL via Barb)
1 - 75 Mining (1-41 via common ores, 41-75 ALL via MLM)
45 - 91 Thieving (ALL via BJing)

As of now that is all. ToS will be below and are non negotiable.

ToS -

The account will begin as a HCIM and will 100% have to be a HCIM upon service completion or service will be nulled. (You can retain ownership of the account if desired as I don't want another normal iron)

Payment for service will be held with an official middleman whom I deem fit, and upon completion of the job payment will NOT be released until 10 days after completion of service. (Purely due to the potential risk of the worker botting the account)

If the account is banned within 10 days of completion of service explicitly due to RWT payment will be 100% refunded to myself. (Proof will be provided that the account was banned for macroing and not due to anything else. If the account is banned for something excluding botting than I will assume sole responsibility and payment will be released to the worker.)

The account will be created from my home IP address, the password will be changed to something of your choosing and I will NOT know it until completion of the job. The registered email address will remain mine however if the password were to be changed on the worker than I forfeit the payment to the provider based off the logic that I could simply login, die doing something and claim it was the worker and not myself or any other reasoning.

TL;Dr for ToS - HCIM at start, HCIM at finish or else payment is refunded to myself and the account is yours if you desire. Payment won't be released until 10 days after completion due to making sure the skilling wasn't botted. Payment will be held by an OMM of my choosing from start till 10 days after completion. I will retain registered email to the account, however I will not know the password. If I successfully login to the account during service I forfeit payment. (The last ToS is a work in progress primarily to create the most full proof way that the worker or myself could claim negligence resulting in the death of the account and payment being refunded or paid to one party or the other.)

Please read everything, ToS are non negotiable however the last is a work in progress and subject to change. I understand my ToS are incredibly harsh and carry high risk for the worker however I am planning to pay WAY more than just standard skilling exp rates for this service and I want myself and the worker to be protected.
