I'm new to this venue but a veteran of Halo account leveling. First a little about myself, how I do buisness and why you can trust me.

My 3 Rules
- I only deal with those that Pay first via Paypal, its my only safety net from fraud and I wont give it up.
- I dont deal with Middle Men because I see them as a delay. I know I'm not getting ripped of because I recieve payment first and my rep ensures that your safe on your end.
- I only do Recovery Leveling, no boosting or no paid carrying.

My 3 Promises
- I'm completely confidential and your identity remains between the two of us. I always appear offline and ignore FR's, Msgs and Invites.
- No account is un-levelable, I've leveled every account I've attemped in the past including gold bars.
- I dont use Boosting accounts so I dont raise any red flags at Bungie.

A new user expecting everyone else to go first, also, saying he is not willing to use a MM because they are a delay? If you don't give it a hard time, it wouldn't be much of a delay.

Part of why I get so many referrals is because of what I do is streamlined and fast, nothing against MM but using them would take away from that. This is how I do business and its worked flawlessly in the past so why change? I dont see any benefit of having people wait when there still recieving the same product in the end, if they dont trust me then I'm sure there's plenty of fine folks willing to use MM.

Join date does raise some red flags but its irrelevant, I've been a member of the Halo community since the beginning and this site is just an extension of that. I appreciate your concerns though.

I accept Paypal only. In the past though I have worked out some deals with those that couldnt pay with paypal. One guy shipped me 10pounds of Skittles once.
