#Selling of the Account

In @geordant possession the account [hobbojoejoe] was sold to @Feidhm on the date of September 28 2016. (See link one)

In that conversation (see link one) @geordant stated "Feel free to make an offer, I am offering a discound as I know it has level 2 attack". This is a very important statement for latter.(See link one for confirmed Sythe message).



@Feidhm Claimed that a day later the account was recovered but never submitted a claim report. That he forgot to report it. The suppose recovery was supposed to happen on September 29 2016.



On November 6, 2016 @Feidhm tried to sell the account that he got from @geordent but during the process he scammed @OzDev. This account was supposed to be level 9hp with no stats except default stats. Instead of getting the account with the 9hp he received a account with Quote "40 mage and 27 hp" The screenshot also shows that the account has above 7 attack with the login hobbojoejoe.



By it self this information should prove that @geordant did not recover the account from @Feidhm but instead. @Feidhm had it in his possession and tried to scam the other person with the account that @Feidhm broke making the account worthless. This happened 3 months later. Also The account information and email was released from @Feidhm to @OzDev in their conversation.



(See link 2) To see what really happened in this transaction. @Feidhm wrote that he gave @OzDev a login to an account that was from someone named [kyngg] Which in fact the login was that of the account @Feidhm said was recovered a day later. The account was never recovered because @OzDev posted a screenshot of him logged into the account 3 months later. (See Screenshot 1)

"He gave me 225m, and then I gave him info to some false account. After that, I gave him log-in to the account I had from Kyngg(that I paid 450m for), in hopes I could grab the next 225m. He trained the 9hp account to 11 or so hp after seeing I was in a skype call with Kyngg(he believed Kyngg to be a scammer). It turns out he was right, Kynng was a Scammer, I indeed just scammed him, and later on OzDev was also a scammer of a few people. None of us 3 deserved to be on Sythe."



(See link 3)@Feildhm made up this part of the story. He himself trained up the account by accident or one of his friends did by accident. The reason I know this is because @Feildhm and @geordant where still friends at the time. While the scam was going on @geordant messaged @Feilhm asking him about a scam report posted about him because he wanted to know what was going on. @Feidhm told @geordant that he has a picture that he took proving that he gave the guy a level 9 hp account. In fact the picture was taken on a different account with 9 hp we know this because @Feidhm send him a screenshot of an account with 9hp on it but there was no username. You would think that cant prove that @geordant is innocent but. The fact is that @geordant sold a account with 9hp and 2 attack to him. The screenshot shown is a 9hp account with 1 attack. The account @Feidhm used to scam @OzDev was in fact the account sold to @Feidhm in the first place. Someone messed up the account by leveling it. The reason why @Feidhm couldn’t get the account is because he released the email to @OzDev with the login information.



During this time the sythe rules stated that if you need help recovering the account message the original owner. That the owner is responsible for recovering the account 1 month after purchasing the account. @geordant was never asked to recover the account by @Feidhm instead @Feidhm used the account to scam @OzDev. 3 months later.



When @Feidhm made the scam report he said that @geordant scammed the account which was recovered a day later which is false.



We can also Prove that @Feidhm messed up the account when it was in his possession. Quote from @Astro "The account hasn't gained a single xp point this month. Sorry for you loss @OzDev."

Another thing of proof. When @Feidhm Sold the account to @OzDev, @OzDev Posted a screenshot logged into the account and posted on the forums that the account had 40 magic and 27 Constitution. The account that @geordant sold to @Feidhm is in possession of @OzDev and in fact not recovered by @geordant.



What I want from this

@Feidhm banned for scamming two people. He is currently using the account @Department94

Also continuing to lie that @geordant scammed him

@geordant DNT Removed



What does @Feidhm gain from lying about @geordant scamming him. Well we can see it in his pardon request. "And will Geordant have to return that 400m rs3 to me then?"

#SUMMARY

@geordant sold @Feidhm and account on September 28, 2016. Between September 28, 2016 and November 8, 2016. @Feidhm account that he bought from @geordant was leveled up. He was either scammed by Kyngg who leveled the account or he did it him self. On November 8, 2016. @Feidhm tried sell an account to @OzDev. When i say Tried what happened is that @Feidhm posted that he was selling the account that he bought from @geordant with the same stats as he bought it from him. Which in fact someone leveled the account making it worthless. Then when @OzDev received the account that was supposed to be 9 hp it was 27 hp. @OzDev now had possession of the account that @Feildhm said was recovered 3 months ago. @Fildhm tried to post a screenshot that he didn’t level the account that the account was in fact not leveled before hand. The thing he left out in the screen shot was the account name. What he didn’t notice is the account did not have 2 attack in his screen shot. The screenshot he took was not the account he bought from @geordant but another level 9 hp account. Thus trying to get out of the scam Report posted by @OzDev. We can prove this because the login photo that @OzDev clearly shows the login name that @geordant sold to @Feidhm. In the end @Feidhm fucked up scammed someone tried to get out of a scam. Failed then tried to scam another respect member of our community.
