Any chance of recovering my old skiller?

I previously owned a skiller (over 18 months ago) with a pretty rare name, 99 fletching, 99 cooking, and 83 crafting. Foolishly, I changed the passwords to a random selection of letters so that I wouldn't be tempted back into playing Runescape.

I didn't set recovery questions or keep any membership payment details, however I know previous passwords.

My IP address has changed since I created and played on the account, but I know my ISP (internet service provider) that I was using in the past, and the one I'm with now.. I havn't moved house so can't they just trace both of the IP addresses to my rough location? I can also give Jagex accurate details on my playing time on the account etc..

I sent in a recovery request and it was rejected. Is there any way I can contact Jagex with this? I've already tried their "BillingSupport" e-mail, as it's the only official published e-mail that I can find for Jagex.

is there anyway you can remember anything about the membership like if it was from a cc the cardholders name?

I've recovered accounts on less info than that. Just keep trying and you'll hit a nice mod eventually.

Aren't the recovery attempts usually answered automatically by 'robot'? I heard that the only instance in which a mod will review an appeal for something is if you're trying to get unbanned on the forum thread .

I've never set recoveries on the account and the membership was always payed for by SMS or phone.

 

Try to put in as much information as possible, sending a message to jagex along with the recovery increases your chances. I tried 4 times to recover a account. 3 times rejected and the last one was accepted, all had the same information so i dont think jagex has a ''robot'' to answer your request.

I have a locked account, and i'm still trying.. They rejected me cause i dont remember my first mem pin, and creation details. Its a pain, but eventually you'll get accepted
