rule clarification: jiggling breasts in signatures

Is it allowed or not? I'm seeing an increased density - I'd estimate .63 animated breasts per page.

I'd prefer it if they weren't animated - animation catches the attention of onlookers :C

either way I don't care that much, just wondering if there was an official ruling on it.

I mostly don't care. I probably should at least pretend to, but I gave up after the "Most beautiful woman" thread.

The only sig that bothers me is Runescape Blows', because there's something wrong with that girl's face, and I get the feeling I'm the only one who's looked up to see it.

Personally it doesn't matter to me but judging on Sythes average user age, everyone just hit or is about to hit puberty and you know how it is . Plus, who doesn't like titties?

 

It kind of bugs me, cause sometimes my mom walks in on me when I'm on sythe. I might like that kind of stuff, but she doesn't And Runescape Blows sig really bugs me. It's not even hot, it's just gross and annoying, honestly.
