Tell me if its phish

I'm at school atm and I am looking for a way to play rs. They just blocked it a month ago and proxies fail. Anyone tell me if that site phishes? I don't know how to tell?

 

its probably a phisher, make a noob acc and try it on it later?

 

well im hoping someone who knows about phishing can tell easily but I might do that later

how do you know?

 

1. It's real Java, it is very very very hard to phish with Java.
2. It downloaded the cache after I deleted it, and didn't download it when I had it.
3. It actually connect's accounts.
4. It doesn't connect false accounts.

Basically how it works:

School's only block Runescape.com right? So this just get's the RS source from www.jagex.com instead.. If your school where to block jagex.com then it would not work, go edit your hosts file and try it.

 

well i pmed someone i think might know and i logged onto a noob. class ending in a min so lol i have to go

This isn't a phisher.

RuneScape.com and Jagex.com are both hosted on the same server complex - this just takes advantage of the Runescape world's server overlap with the Jagex.com server.

You don't need that site at all, just go here:

I don't think Jagex intended on anyone using this subdomain (part of the moderator login complex, perhaps?), so I wouldn't suggest playing on any important accounts as you could be risking a ban.
