My dispute again- Legit Reasons

My last request to get rid of my temp ban was denied for my account Halo 3 Savior.But I can provide legit reasoning why I posted what I did and its not spam.

The reason why I posted what I did is because I wanted to let everyone know who he was and so he doesn't scam another user. Now how is that considered spam when I am trying to help prevent others from being scammed?

Then he reports me for it but it was just a simple question. It is not spam. It went along fine with the thread. Its not fair that he reported me and then edited his post... As per the statement I added after that, it was not meant to be cruel or mean or anything. Once again it was a simple question not intended to be mean or anything. I was just wondering who was going to hold the money so that everyone is safe... Its not fair he edited his post after that and I get in trouble for posting 2 simple questions...

Please reconsider my reasons and your thoughts and I would appreciate if I can get rid of my temp ban on Halo 3 Savior.

 

You only got a warning for that post.

You could have asked the question without the second sentence. You mocked his thread, and made it spam. I asked other mods about this and they agreed on it so it's not just me.
