Halo 3 Savior's Temp Ban Dispute

Hey its Halo 3 Savior, I just got temp banned for constant spam. I don't even spam. I got temp banned because I asked a simple question in a thread and stated something.

Thats the thread. I asked who would hold the money because it didn't say it in the thread at that time. He edited it after I asked that and reports me for spam. Now how is that fair? It wasn't even there when I asked. This is not fair to me at all. Please reconsider.
