Gambling is not physically addictive.

You can by psychologically addicted to both. You can gamble without becoming addicted. You can smoke marijuana without becoming addicted.

Anyway, I'm glad some of the misconceptions about smoking marijuana are cleared up here. I smoke weed every day, and the only problems I really encounter are with short term memory. My long term memory is fine.

I can't give a source on hand, I'll look for the answer but I believe THC acts as an anti-cancer causing agent.

I agree with this original post completely. I am a pothead, have been for 4 years, and will continue. Unfortunately, there have been signs showing that Marijuana can lead to Prostate cancer. Idk if this was addressed or not, but I thought I would bring it up.

Cannabis, well..another weed thread. It is proven that it is....IS good for cancer patients, other types of diseases that make the patient not able to hold down food. Weed, in any form can be harmful...Hell, I smoke it myself....But yeah....the smoke that gets into your lungs is not good for them. The only ways to smoke without getting all the smoke...is a vaporizer. Weed seems to be a very....common... topic on this site :O

No... I'm saying that the withdrawal symptoms are PSYCHOlogical, AKA in your head, not real. There are no PHYSICAL or Physiological or real withdrawal symptoms from marijuana.

Tolerance is because THC dissolves into fat and is slowly released into your blood stream over time.

Because you get a tolerance to weed, most people assert that it is also a drug you can get addicted to, but any addiction to weed is purly psychological, such as an addiction to gambleing.
