Ok. So far i have gotten myself 10+ Capes throughout my Runescape career. I am now starting a firecaping business. The prices / Req. are listed below. To date i have done 35 capes, the lowest was 68 combat, 61 range ( leveled to 62), 45 def, 44 prayer, 58hp. So yes i can do Capes under 70 range.
